Organic Brown Rice Flour is milled from unnpolished and unhulled brown rice and has a fine, light texture.

Brown Rice Flour can be used as a substitute for wheat flour in many recipes, including pastries, pancakes and cookies. It is also great for dusting bread loaves or coating diced dried fruit to prevent sticking.
