Tapioca Flour, also known as Tapioca Starch, is a popular ingredient for wheat-free recipes, particularly helping to improve the structure and texture of baked goods. It can also be used to thicken soups, sauces, pie fillings and gravies. It has a very mild sweet flavour.

Arrowroot and Tapioca Flour are often interchangeable in recipes as they are very similar in origin, texture and taste.
