Organic Stoneground White Bakers Flour is an ideal general purpose baking flour, especially for baking soft breads, rolls, buns, pasta and flatbread.

Made from Australian grown wheat, this flour has been stoneground with most of the bran sifted out. Unbleached, this flour has a natural creamy colour.

Unbleached and chemical free. No GMO. Preservative free.

This flour was previously named Demeter Farm Mill - Organic Unbleached White Bakers Flour. This flour  is the exact same flour, produced the same way, at the same mill, Wholegrain Milling in Gunnedah NSW. It has just had a slight product name, brand name and packaging change.
