These Kalamata olives are cured using a traditional brine method before bottling in shiraz wine vinegar and topped with a little of Willunga Hills Organics own olive oil. Ready to eat. 


The olives are grown and processed to certified organic standards as part of Willunga Hills Organics comittment to food quality and biological farming.
